For Fulvia, founder of Evelyne Aymon, Harry's Bar in Venice has never been just an icon, but a true inheritance of the heart.

It was 1984, the year of her birth, but also the unconscious beginning of a deep connection with this corner of the world suspended in time. This passion was passed on to her by her father, Giuseppe, who would tell her with bright eyes about a place where every detail was a living memory: from Arrigo Cipriani's unfailing greeting to the magic of service that transcended eras.

First, quick trips from Bergamo just to breathe its atmosphere; then, travels around the world – from New York to Hong Kong, where Wednesday evenings became a fixed appointment to find a bit of home, passing through Monte Carlo and London – until her return to the lagoon, which has been Fulvia's true home for three years.

And it is precisely Venice that holds her heart.

Harry's Bar in Calle Vallaresso is not just part of Venice's history: it is part of Fulvia's history. Here she celebrated her most unforgettable birthdays, including her fortieth, surrounded by lifelong friends, with the same smile as when, as a child, she entered hand in hand with her father.
