For Fulvia, founder of Evelyne Aymon, Harry's Bar in Venice has never been just an icon, but a true legacy of the heart.
It was 1984, the year of her birth, but also the unconscious beginning of a deep connection with this corner of the world suspended in time. Her father, Giuseppe, passed on this passion to her, eyes shining as he spoke of a place where every detail was a living memory: from Arrigo Cipriani's unfailing greeting to the magic of timeless service.
First, escapes from Bergamo just to breathe its atmosphere; then, travels around the world – from New York to Hong Kong, where Wednesday evenings became a fixed appointment to find a bit of home, passing through Monte Carlo and London – until her return to the lagoon, which has been Fulvia's true home for three years.
And it is precisely Venice that holds her heart.
