How do the headbands fit, do they have sizes?
Our Headbands are designed to comfortably fit both Girls and Ladies, thanks to a flexible and comfortable structure as also shown in the video on the homepage.
The fit is designed to ensure stability without squeezing, adapting naturally to the shape of the head.
In general, the 4 cm base is normally suitable for girls from 4 years old and up, while braided models are mainly designed for teenage girls and adult women.
In any case, each headband is designed to offer comfort and harmony, naturally accompanying different ages and styles.
How long does it take for the order to be shipped?
Orders are prepared and shipped from Monday to Friday.
Delivery times generally range from 48 hours to approximately 3 weeks, depending on the time required for the handcrafted production of the headbands.
Do you ship worldwide?
We ship to Italy and worldwide, relying on selected express couriers to ensure reliability, security, and timely delivery.
Once the package has been handed over to the courier, the customer will directly receive an email and/or an SMS with the tracking number, useful for monitoring the real-time status of the shipment.
Can I return a headband?
For hygiene reasons, our Headbands cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or used, except in the case of a defective Headband or one that does not conform to the order.
Personalized or custom-made Headbands are non-refundable, except for manufacturing defects.
